EU Funded Project "Strengthening Research, Development and Innovation in Higher Education in Azerbaijan" (EuropeAid/138-682/DH/SER/AZ) which is being realized within the framework of the "Education Support Programme in Azerbaijan" and whose beneficiary is the Ministry of Education of Republic of Azerbaijan announces an open call for the curriculum creators and mentors/tutors of the following five e-courses:

1. Research methodology, practices, and projects
2. Data mining, collection, processing, and management
3. Writing and publishing of academic publications
4. IPR principles, Technology Transfer and commercialization
5. Entrepreneurship, start-ups, and spin-offs

The learning outcome based curricula for these e-courses will be designed with the aim to develop the curricula and the local competences required to introduce the Principles of Innovative Doctoral Training into the Azerbaijani doctoral training process.

Candidates for curriculum creators and mentors are expected to have experience in creating curricula and teaching the courses on one or more of the above topics in the university environment. Experience in e-learning and PhD education will be an advantage. Successful candidates will cooperate with a team of international e-learning experts in a chosen area providing information about Azerbaijani context and local Ph.D. education practices.

Furthermore, all mentors/tutors will be initially trained (Training of Trainers) by Project Team Members and International Experts and are expected to deliver pilot trainings to the Ph.D. students and innovation related people outside universities. Finally, they will participate in the fully Project sponsored Study Visit to a leading EU e-learning center.

Please add a short CV describing your experience in particular in: the curriculum creation and teaching (preferably in areas related to our topics) and your eventual e-learning experience and knowledge of PhD education process.

We are looking for 10 curriculum creators and mentors (preferable 2 per topic); selection process will be based on the careful analysis of experience and achievements presented in received CVs. Selection process will be performed by the Project Team and representatives of the Beneficiary.
